TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Who we are
This shop is run by Abbott & Co Medical Ltd, trading as The Beauty Doctors, 5 Tillingdown Lane, Caterham, Surrey CR3 6RU.

2. Who can buy
This shop is for patients of The Beauty Doctors. Some of the brands we stock are supplied only through professional clinics, so access is limited to patients with an account we have opened. We may close an account or cancel an order if this condition isn’t met.

3. Your account
You sign in with the email address we hold for you. Please keep access to that email secure, as it’s how you sign in.

4. Prices and payment
All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order.

5. Your order
Your order is accepted when we send a dispatch confirmation. If an item is unavailable, we’ll let you know and refund you for it.

6. Using your products
Products are recommended as part of your treatment with us. Please follow the guidance you were given in clinic and on the packaging. If you have any reaction, stop using the product and contact us.

7. Returns
Returns and refunds are covered by our Return and Refund Policy.

8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for anything that cannot be limited by law. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control.

9. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
