RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We want you to be happy with everything you order from us.

Returns
You can return any product within 14 days of receiving it, as long as it is unopened and still sealed. Email info@thebeautydoctors.co.uk to let us know, then post it back to the address below. Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing.

For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns of skincare that has been opened or unsealed.

Refunds
Once we receive your return, we’ll refund the product price and your original delivery charge to your original payment method within 14 days.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If something arrives damaged, faulty or isn’t what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we’ll replace it or refund you in full, including postage.

If a product doesn’t suit your skin
Stop using it and get in touch. We’d rather know, and we’ll advise on what to do next. This doesn’t make an opened product returnable, but it does mean your routine can be adjusted.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
